DESCRIPTION

The user through @Internet will upload all the songs or sound files of his choice. These songs will be stored in a separate sever maintained by the company. The server is a high performance server similar to the MASTER card server and VISA card server.

The user will be provided with a compact handheld receiver, which is the only device that is needed to listen to the music. Each receiver will have a SIM card, which uniquely identifies the receiver.

Whenever the user wants to hear songs he has to switch on the receiver. The nearest receiving tower picks up the information (similar to the Mobile phone used now a days). The tower reads the SIM card and identifies the receiver. Once the receiver is identified then the tower will contact the server, which will give the list of songs stored by the person. The list of songs stored by the person is displayed on the screen from which the user can choose and play it.

This communication for retrieving data of a particular user will be very fast. It is similar to the communication that happens in ATM where once the card is fed within 3 seconds its information is retrieved. This communication is not via internet lines. The songs are transmitted via towers where by the quality and speed of the songs is maintained. Thus the songs will be faster and high quality.

The tower mentioned above is the one used by the mobile companies. The towers in each area used by the mobile companies will be hired on a contract basis and used for the transmission purpose. For instance if Vodafone ,KPN-Mobile uses 100 towers in a area then the same 10 towers are used by this system. Higher the strength of the signal better will be the quality of the music, that is the reason why the same towers used by the mobile phones are used by the UN Receivers.

The user will have one compact hand held receiver called UN Receiver like mobile phone. Once he buys that device he can register through the web site. Then he can upload all the songs he has through the web site. The user can also upload sound files like a person�s speech or child�s voice or the voice of his dear granny etc, which he wishes to hear when he is away from home. The user can upload any type of sound files he has.

The contents he wants to hear can only be uploaded though the website and this will be stored in the separate music server. The user can add any number of song files within his allotted space. Initially each user will be allotted a digital storage space later he can buy according to his need.

Friends, family, business associates, fans can send voice message to a user from any part of the world at free of cost. Each UN receiver will have a 10-digit identification number associated with it. The user has to give the person from whom he likes to receive messages the toll-free number 00800 111 111 333 and the identification number 0031618047028. Above given is the International toll-free number for the sole purpose of sending messages to the UN Receiver. The sender has to call the International toll free number, then enter the identification number and speak the message, which will be stored in user�s digital space in music server. Later, when the user switches on the UN Receiver he will be informed that he has got new messages and when the user wishes to hear his voice message it will be transmitted to the UN Receiver. This feature of sending a voice message is FREE for both sender and the receiver.

Advertisement will be broadcasted in between the songs. While becoming a user there will be an option as to whether he wants to listen to the advertisement in the UN Receiver. If he does not want to listen to the advertisement he can pay extra money. Thus the advertisement through the UN Receiver will be a major income. Apart from the advertisement through the UN Receiver the advertisement in the website will also generate income.

COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS
- In the case of Radio a person can only listen to those programs or songs broadcasted by station, he cannot hear the song he likes to hear.

- In the case of Tape Recoder one has to carry the tape recorder and the tapes needed to all the places. There is a possibility that he might miss his favorite song.
